A short round-up of what changed on S2Swap in the past few weeks, for regulars who only visit to place an order.
Live chat, 24/7, real agents
Support now runs entirely through the live chat in the corner of every page. Message any time, including nights and weekends; real agents read and reply, and your conversation history stays in the widget when you come back. Phone and messaging-app numbers have been retired, so if you see one quoted anywhere else it is not us.
Rate pages with converters
We added reference-rate pages with a converter for the currencies people search for most: USD to PKR, Euro to PKR, GBP to PKR, AED to PKR, SAR to PKR, and crypto pages for Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON, Litecoin, Dogecoin and USDC. Each shows the interbank or market reference alongside our live service rate so you can see the gap before ordering.
Route guides
Step-by-step guides now exist for the routes we are asked about most: buy USDT with JazzCash, sell USDT to EasyPaisa, Binance to JazzCash, Payoneer to JazzCash, Skrill to JazzCash, WebMoney to JazzCash, bank transfer exchange and USDT to PayPal and Wise.
Freelancer guides
New pages on Upwork withdrawals, Fiverr withdrawals, Payoneer fees and the overall freelancer payments guide compare the final rupees from each route rather than the headline fee.
Help pages
If an order looks stuck, the order status guide explains every status and what to do; JazzCash and EasyPaisa limits helps you pick a payout that your wallet will accept; the crypto wallet guide covers addresses, networks and safety for first-time USDT users.
Housekeeping
- The sign-in and sign-up pages were redesigned, and the “Login” field is now labelled “Username or email”.
- The homepage wording was updated to describe the service plainly; the direction pages and rates are unchanged.
- Our editorial policy explains how guides and rate figures are prepared and when they are reviewed.
