These answers describe how the service actually works. For a specific order, use Check status or the contact form with your order ID.
How does an exchange work?
Pick a direction, enter the amount and your receiving details, confirm, then send the payment shown on the order page and mark the order as paid. The S2Swap team checks the payment and sends the payout. Each stage is visible on the order page.
How do I check my order status?
Open Check status and enter the e-mail you used on the order, or log in to your account to see all your orders.
Which USDT network should I choose?
Use the network your wallet or exchange actually supports for the transfer. USDT on TRC20, ERC20, BEP20, Solana, TON, Polygon and Arbitrum are separate routes on S2Swap; tokens sent on one network cannot be received on another. TRC20 addresses start with T; ERC20, BEP20, Polygon and Arbitrum all use 0x… addresses, so check the network label, not just the address. More in the USDT hub.
Why might I be asked to verify my identity?
Verification can be requested under the AML/KYC policy, for example to confirm that the payment account you use is yours. The form asks for ID document images, a photo of you holding your national ID, your address and a utility bill or bank statement; everything is uploaded through your account.
Why did the rate change between the rates page and the order form?
Rate data refreshes every minute and follows the market and available reserves. The rate on the order form when you confirm is the one that applies. See rates and fees.
What are the minimum and maximum amounts?
They differ per direction and are shown on the rates page and on the order form. Maximums depend on the reserve available for that direction.
I sent USDT on the wrong network. What now?
Do not send again. Contact support through the contact form with the order ID, the transaction hash and the network you used. Whether anything can be done depends on the network and where the funds went; it is not always recoverable.
My Jazz Cash / EasyPaisa payout did not arrive
Check that the account number and account title on your order match the wallet exactly, and that your wallet’s receive limit is not below the payout amount. If both are correct, contact support with the order ID.
Is S2Swap connected to PayPal, Skrill, Payoneer or Neteller?
No. S2Swap is an independent exchange service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of any of those companies. Their own terms apply to your account with them.
Did the website address change?
Yes. The service now runs at s2swap.com (since September 2026). Older links redirect to the same pages here.
