Every S2Swap order moves through a small set of statuses, and knowing what each one means tells you whether you need to do anything. This guide explains each order status, the typical time at each step, and what to do if an order seems stuck.
Order statuses explained
| Status | What it means | What you do |
|---|---|---|
| New | You created the order; payment not yet sent or not yet marked | Send the exact amount to the details on the order page, then press "I have paid" |
| Paid / Awaiting confirmation | You pressed "I have paid"; the team is verifying the transfer (for crypto, waiting for network confirmation) | Nothing. Keep the order page or the status link |
| In progress / Verified | Your payment is confirmed; the payout is being sent | Nothing |
| Completed | The payout has been sent to your account or wallet | Check your wallet, bank or crypto wallet; leave a review if you like |
| On hold / Needs attention | Something needs a check: name mismatch, amount differs, wrong network, limit exceeded, or a verification request | Read the note on the order and reply in live chat |
| Cancelled / Expired | No payment arrived within the order’s time window, or you cancelled | If you already sent money, contact live chat with the order ID and transaction proof |
Typical timing by route
- USDT and other crypto → PKR: network confirmation in minutes; payout typically 60 to 180 minutes after that.
- PKR → USDT: once your JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank payment is confirmed, USDT is sent typically within 60 to 180 minutes.
- Payoneer, Skrill, Neteller, WebMoney → PKR: typically 1 to 3 hours after your transfer, at most within 24 hours.
- Bank payouts: interbank transfers may post later than wallet payouts depending on the receiving bank.
These are typical ranges, not promises; orders are checked by a human team around the clock.
Checking an order
- Open Check order status and enter the order ID from your confirmation page or email.
- Logged-in users can see every order under their account page.
- Keep the transaction ID (crypto TXID, wallet or bank reference, Payoneer transaction number); it is the first thing the team asks for.
If an order seems stuck
- Still "New" after you paid: press "I have paid" on the order page; without it the order can expire.
- Crypto sent but not confirmed: check the TXID in a block explorer; a low fee or wrong network shows there.
- On hold: the note on the order explains why; the common causes are a name that does not match the account title, an amount that differs from the order, or a wallet limit (see limits).
- Completed but nothing received: wallets and banks sometimes post with a delay; check the account statement, then message live chat with the order ID.
Live chat is open 24/7 in the corner of every page; real agents reply.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the payout details after creating an order?
Not on the order itself. Tell live chat before paying; the team will advise whether to create a new order.
What if I sent a different amount than the order?
The order goes on hold; the team recalculates or refunds according to the rules. Message live chat with the proof.
Why was my order cancelled?
Usually because no payment arrived in the order’s time window. If you did pay, send the proof in live chat.
Where do I find my order ID?
On the confirmation page, in the status link, and in your account’s order list.
