Payoneer: the default for Upwork and Fiverr
Withdraw from the platform to your Payoneer balance as usual. USDT: when clients pay in crypto
If a client or agency pays you in USDT, ask them to use a network you can receive cheaply (TRC20 is the usual choice) and keep the payment in a wallet or exchange account in your name.
